Klimovič, Ondřej ; Tesař, Rostislav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The topic of the bachelor thesis is a study of warehouse management for the purchase of selected material elements. The bachelor thesis is divided into six main chapters, in which I deal with the issue of lean warehouse management in a selected company. The first chapter describes the theoretical background. Within the second chapter, the company I have chosen, in which I have worked for several years, will be introduced in more detail. In chapter three, I will discuss the current situation of the warehouse management in the company, where I will describe exactly the building of the current material inventory warehouse, which is the most important for my study. The fourth and fifth chapters belong to outlining the current state of warehouse management and purchasing processes in the company. The sixth then presents the conditions for the implementation of the suggestions made in the previous chapters.

This thesis analyses the termoplast injection process. The goal is to map the manufacturing process of thermoplastic injection used products for the building industry. All this starting on the input material up to the shipment. The further task is to identify critical points of the manufacturing process and propose steps leading to its´ stabilization. This analysis was accomplished in the Nevoga corporation Znojmo.
Proposal for Process Control of the Honing Operation
Gavač, Adam ; Šandová, Marcela (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The study investigates potential of promising combination of Lean principles and Industry 4.0 tools in order to find a solution for control of manufacturing process. Firstly, each of the buzzwords is defined and their relation is explained. Then, rules which will facilitate implementation of I4.0 tools into Lean production are enumerated. Afterwards, situation at the shopfloor is observed and statistical analysis of production data is done to analyze current manufacturing process. Deep investigation revealed strong potential for improvement, which was the motive to elaborate a proposal for Lean automated process control.
